TO ALL OUR LADY MEMBERS
Plans are well underway for a busy festive season at the Hermanus Golf Club/Ladies Section and we hope to see you at all our events planned. Once again a warm welcome to our “swallows” who have returned since the last “News Flash”!
Tuesday 5 December – Ladies Xmas day and lunch
The format will be a draw 4 Ball Alliance (2 scores on par 4 & 5 and 1 score on all par 3’s). Shotgun Start at 08h00.
The cost for the lunch and competition will be R190.00.
The booking sheet will be available as from 8 November 2017.
Please note that there will be a separate booking sheet for LUNCH ONLY. Price will be R160.00
Closing date for entries 28th November 2017.
Payment to be made by EFT. However, should this not be possible, Pat or Ines will be available on Tuesdays and Saturdays after the days’ play to take cash.

Sunday 10th December – Xmas Mixed and Dinner
This popular event will “end off our year” and we look forward to seeing many of you there. Competition Fee (dinner included) R200.00 Non playing partners Dinner Only R180.00 The booking sheet will be available as from 8 November 2017.Closing date for bookings 3rd December 2017
Payment details as above.
Handicap Adjustment after illness:
Should a member be ill for more than three months and then return to golf, she may apply for a handicap adjustment. Application to be made to the Captain and a committee decision will be taken and member informed accordingly.
Xmas presents for under-privileged children:
Before we could “blink an eye” the list was fully subscribed! Thank you Ladies for your generosity which we know is going to make many a child very happy! The Committee felt that there would be some ladies, who missed out with donating a gift, who would still like to contribute something . We will happily take cash donations in order to buy party gifts to go with the presents. So if you feel you would like to contribute, kindly be in touch with Alison or Glenda on Tuesdays during the month of November.
